RE: Electrical cord hook-up to Truck

My plug receptacle has a spring loaded dust cover over it. The plug itself has a notch at the top of it that the dust cover hooks over keeping the plug in place. As a result, I have never had the problem you mention. If yours is made the same way, just make sure you are pushing the plug in far enough where the cover catches the plug. If that is not the problem, then maybe the plug itself is just worn out and needs to be replaced. Ditto. Me Too, but after having the spring go bad in one and losing brakes on a hill I use a ball bungie to hold the dust cover down tight to the cord. Just wrap it around the plug and cover. The ball bungie worked for me too!!

RE: Brand new member as of 2 minutes ago, and need help!!!!

Well today I went to the local dealer in AF's and decided on the 29-5T it has everything I need, got a package price for it and the soler cells things on the roof and the slider hitch for the short box and the onan gen.. The truck ...I drove the Mega cab DRW ( is that right?) I had no idea how much power them damn Cummins have!! went over a pretty good hill at 80 on cruise and never shifted a gear..my truck won't do that nor my car... Trip Good choice 29-5t has a good bit of storage and living space and the 3500 dodge Cummins' has the POWER. Charlie

RE: Foot pedal flush toilet operation.

Woodrow I would recommend that you do a search for poop pyrmid. You are describing the classic symptom for when my pyramid reaches the inlet pipe. If your search is productive, the little wirrly gigger from walleys that is on a flex hose and designed to clean/rince/flush the black tanks just loves to glom right through poop pyramids i don't mess around with all the snake oils and majic stuff, I just let the wirly bird do the work about once a year. good luck I think that Dave has it right, I had the same problem and put the wirly bird down the toilet and got rid of the poop pile. Every thing worked good after that.

RE: Need Help Please - Toilet Issue

I had this happen to me last week. I went to camp world and bought a hose wand that I used by pushing down your toilet and spraying water to flush out the poop pile in the black tank...Work great... When you empty the black water don't forget to put some water back in, about 6 gal the reason that mine piled up I forgot to close the BW valve.

RE: PROPANE V ELECTRIC

I use two pelonis 1500 watt ceramic heaters in a 30' fifth wheel, works great. I'm not paying for the electric. it got down to 31 deg. last night no problem.
